I propose doing this in two stages:
First; Spelling checks and suggested grammar changes and word changes.
I will use the US spelling unless there is a preference for English or
Canadian. (Being Canadian I prefer the latter, but....). I will seek
Mariano's approval for these by sending the .odt's for an OK.
Second; Selecting levels of emphasis for the headers and sub-headers.
And adding boiler plate stuff like Copyright, Acknowledgments, Table of
Contents etc. I will follow the OOo Style Guide and Writing Guide.
