I don't think there's really any easy way to do this, in terms of a
template interface--unless you consider the Options dialog as the
interface. You could, I suppose, rename your entire .ooo folder, and
let OOo create a new one, something like a default installation would.
Then setup whatever menus, keystrokes, toolbars, preferences, etc., and
save the new .ooo folder as a "template" which could then be transferred
to other computers.
That's my quick and dirty thoughts on how you'd pull something like that
off, anyway. ;)
