I have now finished updating the wiki version of Getting Started with
OOo3. I have not done some of the non-essential things, such as creating
links to other chapters, and there may be some missing figures.
Also the chapter on using Math still needs to have a lot of symbols
inserted. This has not previously been done because the wiki extension
that was needed has only recently been installed, and I haven't made the
time to work on that chapter. If anyone would like to tackle it, please
do! Otherwise, I'll get to it when I've done higher-priority things.
While updating the wiki, I found lots of minor errors (typos and the
like) in the ODT files, so later today I will upload the corrected ODT
and PDF files to the OOoAuthors website, and the PDFs to Docs.
After that, I will finish the indexing and compile a full book from the
chapters. Meanwhile, if anyone has further reviews or edits to any of
the chapters, please put them into Feedback and let me know.
I hope some of you are working on updating the rest of the Writer Guide
for OOo3, as that is the next book in the queue.
