Work on the user guides is done mostly through the OOoAuthors website; the wiki is not up to date with the draft OOo3 chapters.
Many more chapters are being worked on through OOoAuthors (in *.odt format). Anyone is welcome to help at any stage of the user guide work: writing, reviewing, uploading to the wiki. Instructions and contact information are on the OOoAuthors website, http://oooauthors.org/en
