Excellent. it will be much appreciated! The location seems logics, and
since it's a Wiki, it's easy to shuffle it later if we discover it has
a better home in a different location.

There are currently no specific steps for the BASIC Guide. I did add
some specific steps for contributing to the Developer's Guide here:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/DevGuide/Contributing_to_the_Developers_Guide
some of which may be replaced now by the Wiki guidelines Martina is
working on.

You can use OpenOffice.org, and when you're done export to MediaWiki
format. That's how we ported the Developer's Guide to the Wiki.

If you need any assistance with how the templates work - especially the
TOC one, just shout.
