oh, some things more:
like: <emph>Clipboard</emph> centered
with whitespaces or whatever, a lot of such strings in options module.
one more: <emph>Pasting into another </emph>
<emph>document</emph> :here is the end
Is this really necessary?

- please keep whitespaces (and any other separators) out of the tags.
do not write <tag>whatever </tag>, write <tag>whatever</tag>, in
different languages word sequence changes and in many cases tag goes
to the end of the sentence or before comma. so translator has to
remove whitespaces, because whitespace before period or comma is
really ugly.
those changes with unnecessary whitespace were introduced during a short
time period when we were using a new and untested version of our help
authoring environment. That will not happen again.
Unfortunately I'm quite sure that to change such a paragraph containing
unnecessary whitespace will count as a 'changed paragraph' with respect
to the translation processes. This means one moved space character in a
200 word para will count as 200 new words to translate later. Sure
translation memory will catch this, but it is the overall word count
that lets people decide whether a help CWS will make it into a release
or not.
So I'm really not happy with changing these just because it looks better
in some XML text editors. Can you give more opinions or evidence that it
really is a problem? Perhaps discuss or ask on the l10n dev list?
New inserted shortcuts must be in the format key+key everywhere. Older
may still have the old format key-key and should be updated to the new
format.
