I see this page

which states
"in contrast to the Extension Manager in OpenOffice.org unopkg can also
manage shared extensions. ..."
In my understanding when you are logged in with admin rights, it is also
possible to use the Extension Manager to (de-)install shared extensions.
Do I mix up things, or is the wiki info out dated??
