Esp. the categories should go because the longer they stay, the
higher is the risk that they will be used again (although they are
redundant). Also, when these pages are gone, its easier to identify
other problematic pages using the "SpecialPages".
I've just started the WikiBot on this task. It should be cleaned up
fairly soon.
Done.
The WikiBot was reluctant to delete the Categories marked to be deleted,
so I deleted them myself.
