I am very interested in learning anything I can about how to do the
user guides better on the wiki. When I need to edit a page for some
other reason, I try to clean up the coding for links and other things,
and I want to do more transclusion of topics used in several places.
I would like to do some things like conditional transclusions, and
transcluding only parts of a page (if those things are possible), but
I am concerned that some pages might gets a bit complicated and then
are a problem for other people to maintain without breaking them.
I won't personally have time to do much of anything until next month
(next year!!), but I'm collecting information to study then. At that
time I will also be able to get back to your ideas on the task list
for OOoAuthors.
