I do not know if there is a requirement for case studies In the OO arena? I have written numerous CSs round enterprise and end user products for the dreaded nemesis MS! Among others. I know that is more a marketing area so maybe you would be good enough to forward this on. Also as an experienced IT journalist (> 25 yrs) I think that I am quite good at explaining techy stuff to the uninitiated so could work on manuals etc. As well.
