Meanwhile, I have a question: Your document says it's licensed under Creative Commons, but you don't specify which CC license. Most of our documents are under CC-BY 3.0 (Attribution) or CC-BY-SA 3.0 (Attribution-ShareAlike). Are either of those what you intended?
