VERIFY-SRIOV-FAILSAFE-FOR-DPDK test failed at

There were a few patches for mlx5 and testpmd following, and 
VERIFY-SRIOV-FAILSAFE-FOR-DPDK passed at

 (app/testpmd: fix txonly mode packet headers)
