Prepare for introducing use of DevX TIR object.
Hash Rx queue is currently created using verbs QP only.
The next patches will add the option to create it with a TIR object
using DevX.
This patch renames hrxq_ibv to hrxq wherever relevant, and adds
the DevX items to relevant structs.
