Regarding the title, what RM means? Resource Manager? It is not explained in the commit log. By the way, the commit log is very cryptic. The first word of the title is "changes", which is useful because some patches may have no change at all :) Seriously, the first word must be an infinitive (and meaningful) verb. In general, please read the contribution guide.
