From: Ophir Munk <ophi...@nvidia.com> Add missing DV and IBV definition to file mlx5_win_defs.h. The definitions originated from rdma-core library which is not part of Windows. They are referenced in shared files that must compile under Windows such as mlx5_flow_dv.c and mlx5_rxtx.c.
