the primary cmd:

--rxq=4 --txq=4 --num-procs=2 --proc-id=0
the secondary cmd:
./dpdk-testpmd -a xxx --proc-type=auto -l 2-3 -- -i \
--rxq=4 --txq=4 --num-procs=2 --proc-id=1
