The 5 crypto PMDs that are combined into this IPsec-mb PMD in subsequent 
patches are:
- AESNI_MB
- AESNI_GCM
- KASUMI
- SNOW3G
- ZUC

There is no change from the user point of view for these PMDs, they still run 
on x86 as before and use the same EAL arguments.
I can add more detail in the v3 of this patch.
