From: Jeremy Spewock <jspew...@iol.unh.edu> Add the scatter test suite to DTS. This suite is a rewrite of the existing test suite that can be found in the DTS repository of the DPDK project. This is a commonly used functional DTS test and so adding it to the newer DTS framework is desireable to start increasing the coverage and usability of DTS in the main repository.
