The patch set enables DCB feature on Intel XL710/X710 NICs, including: Receive queue classification based on traffic class Round Robin ETS schedule (rx and tx). Priority flow control To make the testpmd and ethdev lib more generic on DCB feature, this patch set also adds a new API to get DCB related information on NICs. changes the DCB test forwarding in testpmd to be on traffic class. move specific validation from lib and application to drivers. Additionally, this patch set also corrects some coding style issues.
