Thank you for your suggestions.
We will need some time to prepare the remaining features such as TSO, checksum 
offload, and FEC for future submissions.
In the meantime, we hope the current patch series can be merged into DPDK as 
soon as possible to enable early customer adoption.
I have updated the documentation to match the currently implemented features 
and submitted v14 patches.

Yes it is a good approach.
If you are confident enough, you can also submit these features
as separate patches in the same series.
Please try to update the documentation along the series
in the commits when features appear.
