[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] eal/linux: use strlcpy in uevent parsing

Support of strlcpy has recently been added to DPDK.

This replacement has been generated by the coccinelle script:
        devtools/cocci.sh devtools/cocci/strlcpy.cocci
