As documented here: https://github.com/apache/drat/issues/201

Apache OODT 1.9 includes a number of backwards incompatibility from various
CLI and config files and other things. While there is work going on to respin a
1.9.1
of OODT that fixes most or all of these issues, I have figured out how to make
DRAT
proteus, Drat Stats, and DRAT CLI work with OODT 1.9 – it’s documented in #201.

I’ll go ahead and get those commits in hopefully tonight, and respin a DRAT 1.0
RC #3 tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience while we make DRAT awesome.

Sally – can we get started on a Draft Press Release for the pending DRAT 1.0?
It’s been a long
time coming.

Cheers,

Chris
