The below query tries to access an index within a non-existent array. The below
error message should be improved. It is a system error instead of a user error

select missing_array[1] from data;
Error: SYSTEM ERROR: You tried to read a [RepeatedInt] type when you are using
a field reader of type [NullableIntReaderImpl].
