Please fix naming (or maybe I am easily confused).
wrapSizeLimit and negotiatedRawSendSize, contrast with maxRawWrapSize in
SaslEncryptionHandler. All of which are actually `maxSendBufferSize` per
documentation in Sasl.RAW_SEND_SIZE.
