    Two comments. First is exact class match required? Is `obj instance 
LogFormatConfig` sufficient?
    
    Second, the code does not actually do any member comparisons. Is it the 
intention that all configs are equal to one another? (I'm not sure how we even 
use this comparison, to be honest.)
