vector initializer class builds hints for individual columns and saves them in
a map with lookup key of column name. For children of map columns, this name
will be parent name + "." + child column name. This can cause problem when we
have dots in column names i.e. {{a.b(c) and a(b.c) will have the same key and
can cause overwrites of each other values. Change this to use allocation
routines in column size which do not have this problem. }}
