Currently, any {{ALTER <scope>}} query will be logged. While this is useful, it 
can potentially add up to a lot of profiles being written unnecessarily, since 
those changes are also reflected on the queries that follow.

This JIRA is proposing an option to skip writing such profiles to the profile 
store.
