Summary: Quoted column names clashes with functions

If the quoted column name without specifying the source alias, matches the
function name without parameters, Apache Drill executes function.
Query:
{code:sql}
select `CURRENT_TIMESTAMP` from (select 1 as `CURRENT_TIMESTAMP`) s
{code}
Result:
||CURRENT_TIMESTAMP||
|2019-05-17T14:23:17.708|
Expected:
||CURRENT_TIMESTAMP||
|1|
