It won't be possible to find a time that works for (Kiev, Germany, US (east and west) and Asia.
Traditionally, Drill has mostly had contributors from EU and US so that made it possible to find an overlapping time. I would suggest that Hangout times be varied so that some hit the traditional EU+US time, some hit EU+ASIA and some hit US+ASIA. Bohan's suggestion that the choice be somewhat topic specific is a good one. If the major contributor for a topic is in ASIA and the major advisor on that topic is in EU, it makes little sense to prioritize US timezone. I should also point out that the Drill project has a tremendous record of publicizing these hangouts in advance and bringing any important insights from these meetings back to the mailing list. I have almost never been able to participate in real-time, but these reports back have helped me feel like I am still involved.
