Do not pass {{ClassNotFoundException}} into
{{SQLNonTransientConnectionException}} cause when checking that Drill is run in
embedded mode in {{DrillConnectionImpl}}.
SQuirrelSQL produces search for the deepest exception cause to display their
error message and original exception. For the case when connection string is
specified as {{jdbc:drill:zk=local}}, SQuirrelSQL displays only
{{ClassNotFoundException}}, but it doesn't show the intended error message.
Also, this check for {{org.eclipse.jetty.server.Handler}} class is internal and
therefore CNFE shouldn't be exposed to the end-users.
