Hi Charles, Previously we agreed to create Jira for every change for Apache master branch, even if it is documentation-related change, process is the same as for other changes. Docs are placed in gh-pages branch, and we usually push changes there without creating the Jira.
Also, currently I don't see any documentation in gh-pages branch connected with Excel plugin.
