Warning error in console with the current odbc driver
(MapRDrill_odbc_v1.3.22.1055) when running it against drill v1.17. Apart from
the warning message doesn't seem to be impeding the driver from working.
_[libprotobuf ERROR google/protobuf/message_lite.cc:123] Can't parse message of
type "exec.user.GetServerMetaResp" because it is missing required fields:
server_meta.convert_support[506].to, server_meta.convert_support[545].from,
server_meta.convert_support[545].to_
