Looks like the LGTM build can't be eliminated from PR checks in non enterprise version, so close [INFRA-22447](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-22447). But it possibly can be disabled with #2362 and [DRILL-8032](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-8032) For CI test failures 2361 is opened [DRILL-8030](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-8030).
