The EVF V2 PR is ready for review. I think you'll find that all the changes made here for EVF V1 will be reusable. The only change is how you set up the framework in your easy format plugin code. There is an example in the EVF V2 PR. You can also rip out any "manual" limit code: the new PR handles limits internally.
