We migrated our documentation to a different repo which means that the
broken DOAP URL mentioned below is now
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=drill-site.git;a=blob_plain;f=doap_Drill.rdf;hb=refs/heads/master
. I don't think I can modify the projects.xml file to apply this change...
