InputStream

[DRILL-8484](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-8484)

   The testing method for drill-8485 is the similar as for 
[DRILL-8484](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-8484). we can throw 
exception  in the method readVectors
