The vote for Apache Drill 1.21.2 - RC0 was cancelled in order to
incorporate the following bug fixes.
* Bump org.postgresql:postgresql in /contrib/storage-jdbc (#2911)
* DRILL-8480: make Nested Loop Join operator properly process empty
batches and batches with new schema (#2897)
* DRILL-8488: HashJoinPOP memory leak is caused by
OutOfMemoryException (#2900)
* DRILL-8489: Sender memory leak when rpc encode exception (#2901)
* DRILL-8493: Drill Unable to Read XML Files with Namespaces (#2908)
* DRILL-8494: HTTP Caching Not Saving Pages (#2912)
* DRILL-8495: Tried to remove unmanaged buffer (#2913)
* [MINOR UPDATE] replace deprecate method use in jackson (#2905)
* [MINOR UPDATE] Update bouncycastle to 1.78.1 due to CVEs (#2903)
* [MINOR UPDATE] update to netty 4.1.109 due to CVE-2024-29025 (#2904)
