1. Corrects the phase in which the distro-assembly execution of the maven-assembly-plugin runs. A regression since the last release moved it to the 'install' phase with the result that not all distribution artefacts get signed by maven-deploy-plugin. 2. Upgrades the license-maven-plugin to 2.5.0. 3. Regenerates the LICENSE file.
