This PR removes Drill's unofficial support for Hadoop 2. Previously, you could
build Drill with a profile to support Hadoop 2, however, due to numerous CVEs
in Hadoop 2 and the lack of ongoing support, we have decided to remove that
support.
This PR effectively removes the work done one DRILL-8107 and ends Drill's
support for Hadoop 2.
