Hi Subdir. I am not sure about the exception - perhaps you are using that
stream previously and it is already closed/at the end (a common mistake I
make accidently trying to reuse a stream).

Secondly, you need to use a StringReader to wrap around the String of DRL,
which you can then pass to the normal RuleBaseLoader.
