There is an eclipse plug in in the works which will serve multiple
purposes (and thanks to RCP, possibly can run stand alone one day).

There are lots of ideas around web interfaces for various features,
that can re-use a lot of the rule management APIs which will be built
for the plug in. It would be great to get some contributions in the
web management UI area, as chances are, many people have done their
own utilities that can be built on.
