Since that bug will break rolling updates to 0.14.0-incubating for Kafka ingestion users, it looks like we'll need to do an RC3.
I'll go ahead and keep this vote open for at least 72 hours and until a fix for that issue is available, but wanted to give a heads up that RC3 will be necessary. Please continue to report any issues with RC2 if you come across them.
