I have druid-0.16.0-incubating-rc1 docs built to the asf-staging branch and opened PR https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid-website/pull/34 to add the .asf.yaml, so if I understand correctly it should be available at druid.staged.apache.org after we merge that.
