However, before I start that thread I wanted to point out that we currently have an open issue regarding distribution of example tutorial data which might cause issue with our IPMC vote, described at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-480. I do have a backup plan if we think we should fix this now as part of this release, which transitions the tutorials to use a different public domain dataset, but there is still a fair bit of work to do before it would be complete, and I would rather not try to rush this through risk mistakes and then go through an RC4.
