Hello everyone, The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Druid has invited Laksh to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that Laksh has accepted.
Laksh has made a lot of contributions to MSQ over one year. He has been helping the druid community on Slack. His most notable contribution is extending the calcite parser that enabled us to add custom SQL syntax for MSQ. He also worked on improving the test coverage of MSQ by porting CalciteQueryTests to the MSQ engine. He has made the parse exceptions more informative to aid in troubleshooting.
