Legally that fine yes no issues in that respect. However the ASF generally 
doesn't make forks of other projects, it’s generally seen as not being 
respectful to the original projects community. It would be good to know more 
the history here and why this was done, where there talks with the Caucho and 
they gave permission to do this? Or are some of those developers involved here?
