HI, For any contribution of significant size a SGA is required and IP clearance undertaken. If it this repo [1] then an individual does not own copyright of all of the code. Each contributor or their employer owns copyright in their own contributions unless they have stated otherwise. If their employer own the copyright we need permission from them.
