ok,thanks for explaining. It makes sense to me.

I just want to make sure everyone is on the same page because this
release process and repo organize way is different with apache/dubbo.

I have checked:
+ git tag is correct
+ source code can compile in my PC
+ LICENSE and NOTICE file exist
+ Signature is correct
