In eagle-check-env.sh shell,we use command 'command -v kafka version' to check
kafka installation,However,the fact is that there is no kafka command under
kafka bin file such as kafka_2.10-0.8.2.1.Maybe,We need fina a better way to
check kafka installation in eagle-check-env.sh
