As a Hadoop Cluster administrator, I want to monitor the following status of 
the Namenode:

- The NameNode boot up time
- Heap size configuration and its usage
- Disk I/O statistics and performance
- Disk usage
- the number of handler count
- the number of RPC calls
- timestamp of failover 
- failover history
- response time (too many operations are being performed by NameNode, network 
load, faulty NIC or other hardware components)
